Founded in Beijing by Li Longbin, MIXMIA started as a humble 20-square-meter shop near Renmin University. Driven by a passion for Chinese noodle culture, our mission was simple: provide busy students and workers with a bowl of "delicious and affordable" noodles.

Today, MIXMIA has expanded to over 350 stores nationwide , earning accolades such as "No.1 Noodle Restaurant Chain in Beijing" and "Top 10 Noodle Brand in China".
